Our Home Care Aides (also known as caregivers) undergo both standard and advanced training to ensure that they are equipped to handle a variety of caregiving situations with professionalism, compassion, and expertise. We offer top pay rates to our caregivers, and we give them the flexibility and training needed for success. Our caregivers are efficient and reliable, with experience that spans decades within the home care industry.
Comprehensive Caregiver Training
Our caregivers receive basic standard training in essential caregiving skills, including infection control, patient rights, safety protocols, emergency procedures, and basic patient care. These foundational skills enable our caregivers to provide a safe, comfortable environment for seniors, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility. Additionally, all of our caregivers are certified in CPR, ensuring they are prepared to respond to medical emergencies.
For more advanced caregiving assignments, our Home Care Aides receive specialized training that covers more complex needs. This may include working with seniors who have cognitive impairments, chronic illnesses, or limited mobility. Caregivers with advanced training are experienced in areas such as dementia care, fall prevention, and end-of-life care. This additional expertise ensures that even in extreme caregiving situations, our clients receive the highest standard of care tailored to their unique needs.

Our caregivers are supported by our care management software platform that allows them access to all care notes from their smartphones, as well as historical data on the client they are caring for. Team members are accessible via phone or text at any time during their shift, day, or night and they have access to our online portal which helps them document their work, ensuring families have peace of mind, knowing what’s happening with their loved one when they’re not there.
